I am going to wait a while to determine his level of competence, we have been snake bitten too many times over the last 20 years for me to do anything else. He does communicate his vision extremely well and if he can relay that to kids in living rooms and locker rooms with the same level then things should definitely improve. I don't think he could have had a better press conference.
