Paying subscribers have the option to start a conversation with other paying subscribers. On your home screen , top right corner , touch on the envelope icon, and then you can send private message.

If you are a "Premium" member, you can use the "conversation feature". Just click on the envelope on the blue banner above, and tap the "start conversation".
