Shirley you meant an e-mail and yes I did just call you Shirley. It's 2012, nobody writes 17ing letters anymore. That requires pen, paper, envelope, stamp and then 3-4 business days. The first round of the NCAA tournament will have started by the time he gets your letter and he won't read it because he doesn't have a mailbox.

Write him an email if your that interested. Blowing up Stricklins @ mentions after a loss is retarded. Do you thing he reads it and says, "Well hell, I gotta fire Rick, @MSUdawgJimbo and @BullyMania say he needs to go".

In my book its the same as tweeting a player after a loss. If I had to gues, the same people who tweet this to Strcklin, ***** to @BarrackObama about their taxes. Seriously get the 17 outa here

you're right. Letters require effort. That's why they get more attention. I know employers that require both electronic and hard copy versions of resumes and cover letters just to weed out those that won't take the time. But, hell, what would I know about the professional world of grown men?

You must be retired, because if you weren't you'd see that there's been a big shift in the past 5+ years towards electronic communications. Letters arequickly becoming a thing of the past.</p>
