Awesome man! Congratulations. I worked at UPS to pay for my college because I knew my parents couldn’t afford it. The cost is ridiculous these days but you are a great dad for putting him thru it. Great degree too, I hope he does amazing!

Congrats! My son is in his freshman year as an engineering major. I love it when he talks about stuff that my wife and I can only hope to comprehend. A great sacrifice you are making for him and his future.

Congrats to your son. My two brothers, an Uncle,three nephews, and one first cousin all graduated from UK engineering and all had very successful careers as will your son.

Congratulations. My daughter spent her first year at UK as an engineering major, decided she wanted to be a nurse. She transferred to ul and got her RN. Then she attended NKU and got her arpn. She was going to get her doctorate at dook and I said "that may get you removed from my will."

Huge Congrats !

My one regret in life is that ... i just didn't have enough money to come to UK out of state back in the day. But my heart has always been, and always will be Kentucky blue !

Congratulations to you and your son. The Science and Engineering Library at UK is great and will aid his development. The Maps Library is just cool to me. Make sure he learns to love it.

We usually try to go a few games when we can but the 3 hour drive makes it tough.

I’m gonna bet my wife will be a lot more eager to make the 3 hour drive starting next year so we might make it to a few more :cool:
