Maybe “down” was a bad choice of words, they will probably end up in the championship game against PD but they don’t look as physically imposing as they have in the past (on video at least).

RG went toe to toe with Grayson who destroyed Mallard Creek. I don't think they are down.
Grayson was a machine. It would take elite teams in NC 2 to 3 years, to complete a roster like Grayson. Creek started 9, 10th graders. Grayson also has over 250 on the roster between JV & Varsity. They were rotating 8 players at a time on some defensive series.

Not including Sophomore class and kids not listed. They have over 40 D1 kids. This is not regular (Public) High School Football. It would take most schools a decade to complete a roster like this, in North Carolina

Then Chad Greer's recruiting is really starting to pay off. It's only a matter of time before the other Charlotte privates stop playing them.

I’m surprised none of the other privates have tried to catch up yet. Country Day especially.
