Absolutely, but add in Shanahan and you have 4 solid starters.
I have read recently and in the past that sometimes the star rating goes up based on the offer of a blue chip program, like PSU. I’m not sure if that’s completely true, but it explains some of the 4 and 5 star misses that we have seen. And then you have a three star guy like Tyler Warren who lights it up at PSU and the NFL.
if i had to guess, campbell stays. he and Rojas have been right since HS. Last that i read, both Campbell and Rojas had offers on the table and were “considering.” seeing that Rojas is now staying i would expect Campbell to do the same.
Info has been tougher to get on him, so no scoops to disclose
Edit: I think BWI's Sean Fitz indicated that Campbell was likely to stay, so I'll go with that until I see something else. These things can change pretty quickly, or not so quickly. For example, yesterday (or the day before; can't remember), Grunk was up in the air, and staying seemed to be more likely, but not a certainty.

Maybe the addition on the interior line is Brendan Black. I would think Campbell has a good feel for the ISU kids that are going to be following him and if Black is, Shanahan would see the writing on the wall. Black would not be backing up anybody.
I seem to recall in an interview he could not have been more complimentary and enthusiastic about his time at PSU
