Don’t care if you agree. I saw the belly taps. Brock is at the end of line and he knows it. He didn’t need to touch him.
Seems like you care…a lot. And you are pretty much the only one feeling like you do. Watching that altercation and somehow coming out of it thinking Brock is the one at fault speaks volumes about you. Braeden is the one at fault. Got docked a team point to make that point clear

I have always lamented mark manning. I appreciate your not caring about my opinion, as I am sure most will not about yours.
…and I’m 100% fine with that. Especially when your take is that Brock was telling him good job. Thought you were going to flip that, but I’ve done this dance before. Hardy is now a 52-yr old jagoff in my eyes.

This is where you come off as simple. I’ve repeatedly said Braeden was immature and wrong. You can run to your girlfriend’s defense all night but I’m also judging Brock. You can love on Hardy all you want, but I thought it was a punk move.

Think you're mixing up posters. My take is that Davis had his tummy tapped after making a few compounding poor decisions and because he was upset with himself he acted childish.

Dual is wrapped. Find out what you need to work on before the tournament.
And the thing Cole needs to work on is: taking neutral vs Ferrari.

Ford Focus is the worst top staller since Tony Nelson. Like Nelson, he has figured out how to look busy enough to avoid stall calls without actually doing anything. Except Nelson did occasionally pin someone from top.

Won’t debate that a bit. Braeden has failed to grow up for his entire run at PSU. It’s to the point where he doesn’t fit the PSU mold. He went out tonight and wasted too much energy on what he probably thinks were highlight reel mat returns. I think he knew he could’ve won the match if he hadn’t burned himself out and it made him salty. I agree with you that there’s no excuse for it.

Basically we had half our guys just not quite on their game and Nebraska wrestled their best match of the year at every weight.... and we still beat them 26-12. I didn't mean to come off negative about this meet because there's plenty to be happy about... but again we are better than what we put down on the mat tonight.

He absolutely could have won that match. He was amped and he showed his top level talent. He is going to be a guy who can be 4th/5th or lose in the blood round. Guarantee no higher seed wants to see him in the quarters or blood round.

Let's drop the stuff with Davis. Hardy has looked like he is done with wrestling all season long and he looked like it again tonight. Davis blew his gas tank foolishly and got himself pinned. That's that.

If Hardy keeps wrestling like this in March he won't see the blood round. His opponents in March aren't going to spend their gas on mat returns.

That tap on the belly was far less egregious than Bo Nickal picking up opponents off the mat against their will.

Something that virtually nobody had a problem with.
I didn’t like it. Don’t like sometimes when Mitch gets down in guy’s faces after blowout wins either. I don’t think Mitchell means anything by it (he’s just a hyperactive goof). I DO think Bo meant something by it (kind of the way I thought Brock did tonight). The only difference is that Bo was OUR a—hole.

Agree about looking busy. Angelo does the same thing—gets off his knee to engage a little and gets back on his knee. Smart. Avoids stalling calls. Do not like it, but it is what it is.

Like so many people, his greatest opponent is himself. If he can win that battle, his ceiling is so high. And I am not referring to what he does on the mat. He can have a wonderful life after playing an amazing sport for however many years continues to do so. Life is going to try and pin all of us in so many ways. And if handling a loss with dignity and class makes me a loser, then I suppose I hope I'm the biggest loser in this forum. Apologies to those who didn't like my comment that he doesn't meet the PSU Wrestling standard of sportsmanship. Perhaps I am giving up on him too early after three years of questionable actions. But if Cael & Co. believe in him, then I suppose I just need to keep my thoughts to myself and trust the process,

That is the entire point. There would be no vitriol toward Hardy tonight if he switched singlets.

Will let Tom give the definitive answer. Ref must have claimed "reaction time". However, there was a double hop by Antron, so there was a reaction before the position was lost, thus takedown, as I understand the rules.

I'll try to take a look at it later this weekend, and post something.

Nope. Said I didn’t like it from Bo (and I didn’t). Just because I rooted for Bo despite his sometimes petty actions doesn't mean I wouldn’t have lit him up on here. Expressing my distaste for his actions and still rooting for him are mutually exclusive. Lord knows, I rooted for James Harrison for years, but I’ve never liked him as a human being.
