Can Mitchell give the younger guys in the lower weights riding lessons.

Period 1:
The maniac is on the mat. Time for another slaughter! Here we go! Mesenbrink immediately gets in deep on a leg & elevates it, then trips Paddy to the mat for the TD, 3-0. Mesenbrink gets Paddy bellied out & is hammering on him from top. Paddy works to his base, but Mesenbrink breaks him back down to his belly. Mesenbrink goes over 1-min of riding time, 1:47 left. Paddy works back to his base, but not for long. Base to belly & back is Paddy's current progress. Paddy looks frustrated on his belly. Mesenbrink goes over 2-min RT. Paddy works back to his base & tries a roll, but no luck. Paddy gets a 2nd stall warning, point Mesenbrink, 4-0. I missed the first stall call. Mesenbrink rides out the period. 4-0 Mesenbrink, +2:47 RT
Period 2:
Mesenbrink takes down. He pops to his feet & quickly gets the escape, 5-0. Mesenbrink shoots & again, but no luck. Paddy shoots & gets in deep on a leg. Mesenbrink is fighting him off with a chest wrap. Paddy is kind of stuck here. Mesenbrink rolls Paddy through & they go off the mat, neutral restart. Tying up & hand fighting. Mesenbrink shoots, but Paddy fights him off & they break. Mesenbrink presses forward & takes Paddy to the edge. Paddy shoots & gets in deep on a leg. Mesenbrink gets to an ankle & is trying to come behind for the TD & then he does, 8-0, time expires. 8-0 Mesenbrink, +2:44 RT
Period 3:
Paddy takes down & Mesenbrink quickly gets him bellied out. Riding time is locked. Mesenbrink gives the bow & arrow a try, but no luck. He still needs to work on that one. Mesenbrink bars & arm & looks for a wrist. Out of bounds & restart, Paddy is still down. Mesenbrink goes neutral, point Paddy, 8-1. Mesenbrink shoots, gets a leg, then finishes the TD, 11-1. Mesenbrink cuts Paddy, 11-2. Mesenbrink snaps & shoots, but they go out of bounds, neutral restart. Mesenbrink presses forward & shoots, but Paddy fights him off with a front headlock. Mesenbrink comes forward again. Paddy shoots, but no luck. Mesenbrink presses forward, but time expires. Mesenbrink adds a RT point, 12-2

Great lockup to avoid the TD there by Mitchell. Gallagher got pretty deep there.

So I looked this up, Gallagher has given up just 1 TF in 32 career losses.
Mitchell rode him too long. Can’t believe Paddy didn’t get hit for stalling again in the 3rd period though
I’m not an expert on refereeing but that was what looked like 2 straight shots and Gallagher being backed directly out of bounds for a restart with no effort to move towards the middle of the mat at all and no stall call?
Working on his turns and top game.. Gallagher should've gotten hit again but this ref has been slow to call stalls.

Schierl gets 1-foot out, but Levi with heavy pressure. Schierl gets to his feet & Levi lets him go for the escape, 3-1. Levi quickly shoots a single, then switches off to a double for another TD, 6-1. Levi throws in a boot & figure-4s the leg. Levi bars an arm & runs is over, but Schierl fights to his belly. Another stat keeping question I'm sure is dumb: If someone gets the tech AND has riding time LOCKED, is the riding time point added to the final score?
I wish they would change the mountain lion scream on the soundtrack to a more appropriate lion roar. It's just wrong.

So far, this dual has gone exactly as I predicted. They’ve wrestled 7 of the 10 weights. Half of the guys out there won and the other half lost.
