especially if you are just talking about the afternoon cause it gets pretty ****** in there at night. But they have pretty good food and tvs everywhere. They also have built an outside patio on the front with a balcony.

Its by no means my favorite place in the cotton district but it fits what you're looking for the best in the cotton district

Ptolemy's has a great bloody mary and some really good beers on tap. I have never eaten there, but I saw someone with bbq nachoes. You have to try really hard to mess those up.

I enjoyed Bin 612 on Saturday. Flourintine(sp) pizza & beer was good. They really ought to have been on tap though. Was very surprised at no taps.

....I've been to the new one about four times now, and I just don't like it. Food's fine, but the atmosphere is completely changed. I feel like I'm eating at Harvey's, and I hate Harvey's. The nice thing about the old Grill was you could go in there, sit (nearly) anywhere, and be able to watch whatever game you wanted to see that afternoon. Every time I've been to the new Grill, I've been stuck in that back room by the kitchen, where there's not a TV to be seen.

I know they spent a lot of money doing all that, but it just doesn't feel like a college town bar & grill anymore. It's a grown-up restaurant, and for that, it sucks.

nothing earth shattering this is still Mississippi. three Lazy Magnolia's on tap and a few staples but they serve in an imperial pints.
