We seem to do that sometimes. Did it with Teske/Schriever if I remember correctly.
Makes zero sense unless Williams is banged up so they want him for the big matches only or they will be going with Voinovich so they are protecting his potential seed by helping his win %. No idea why they wouldn’t go with Williams though as I think he’s obviously the better wrestler.

Yes, two duals on a weekend count as one competition date, same as a two day tournament does.
Hopefully that means we see Ludington again - although I wouldn’t mind seeing Arnold on his way up to 197.

Bad loss for Caliendo he’ll probably be the 4 seed at nationals now which puts him on the same side as messenbrink.
Think him and Blaze will meet at B1G Semi's. That could help.

Agree on the loss being not great, but the conference tourney will dictact seeding at nationals.
Bad match, looked gassed early and let blaze take bad shots and just slowly bring the leg in. They’ll wrestle in the big ten semis though and winner of that will get to be on the other side of MM
PK, Kueter, and Caliendo losses this weekend continue to show the floor for this team is much lower than many on here think.

After he beats Lockett and beats Blaze at B1Gs, he'll be the 2 seed. He looked off from early on today. He'll bounce back. One guy I still have faith in.
I don’t think he’ll jump locket in seeding even with a win.
He’ll be 1-1 and have at least 2 more losses than Lockett.
edit to add as long as he’s on the opposite side of messenbrink he’s going to have to beat blaze/lockett at the national tournament anyways so the difference between the 2 or 3 seed is negligible.
