Ok. If I'm being recruited by a major college football program it's ok for my father to solicit money from them as long as I don't know anything about it. If that's the case, I'll tell my father to "go get what you can" and I'll just play stupid about the whole deal. This is what I'm hearing from Tony Barnhardt right now. Give me a break.

If its shown that someone provided money for Cam to go to Auburn, they're 17ed no matter whether Auburn or Cecil actually "knew."

Not much difference here. Renardo had to miss a whole season and then some while it looks like Cam might get off without a pat on the ***. The NCAA will lose a lot of credibility if they let this go.

RS wasn't paid to come play at MS State. Being paid hundreds of thousands to determine which school you end up at is completely different than what happened w/ RS.

i think we were just trying to cover our own asses and make sure we didn't have any violations. I think we did things right except for ignoring it for 6 months. I also wish John Bond would've just kept his damn mouth shut until the NCAA decided to move on it.
