Quarterback development?

Either there is nothing there to develop or the coaches are doing a piss poor job with their development......or both?

But, I still say we stick with the one who helped get us this far. Now, for next year, I fully expect the coaching staff to have Tyler Russell ready to contribute game in and game out. If the team is going to be successful next year, we had better hope Russell progresses enough to take more than 50% of the snaps. I hope Relf can become the QB we bring in on 3rd and less than 4 and the inside the opponent's 10 yard line QB.

He just hasn't had much improvement since then. Maybe it's normal that the most progression takes place during the offseason. Maybe; I truly don't know.
