Question about 2A east standings

First, how many rider points does Brunswick get for playing Roanoke Rapids? I feel like I'm getting that wrong.

Second, I see the VHSL gave Strasburg 3 rider points for its week 1 win over Stonewall Jackson. That would be wrong. You get the 1 rider point for Stonewalls win, but they awarded Strasburg 2 points for playing a 1A out of district opponent. Right?

Also, a 3A team playing a 2A team is awarded bonus points, but the 2A team doesn't receiver extra rider points in that case correct? Only the higher division receives them for playing down or am I wrong?
