Question about Treadwell $ pic

I am a State fan, but due to the amount of money in the Treadwell pic, is there any chance it was just his meal money for the official visit? When on official visits, the schools pays for the recruits expenses. Just wondering if the amount of $ in the picture is above, below, or about what the recruits get for meal money on an official visit? I guess parents would get some as well?

that's one helluva stack of cash for meal money...

i'm not sure how other expenses (travel, accommodations) are paid for. check, cash, or up-front my athletic department?

It's hard to tell the exact amount of money. He has a 5 showing and I'd imagine that if all of those in the stack were hunneds he'd have em spread out so everyone can see.

Coach66 I agree with you. This seems to be a recurring
theme with black bear recruits. I want a player smart enough to not show off rather than an idiot.

No, it wasn't his money for the visit. First off, he was supposedly on an unofficial. Secondly, they don't just hand the recruit cash for their expenses. And lastly, IF by some chance they did give them cash....how much could they possibly give them by rule? Enough to fly out there, eat, drink, etc, and still have $300+ left over when they get home? Shotgun, you should know better than to buy that ****.

Even trying to give benefit of the doubt, that doesn't make sense.

No, he's being a complete idiot with the cash he received. Doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure this out. He's an 18 year old kid and is being stupid. Doesn't realize how public the internet really is. And I'm sure he feels bullet proof, especially after grown-*** men were letting him **** their wives.

I do know better, but had just forgotten it was an unofficial. Not buying anything, it was just my only rationalization for how someone could be that stupid.
