Did playing Bishop Amat at night (at the nearby New Trier Northfield campus), create any attendance or interest level that might encourage LA to play more Friday night games? Any other insights to share?
The point is moot. LA's neighbors and the village of Wilmette are against lights at Sachs Stadium. Look at the scheduling of that game as an outlier that likely won't be repeated for quite some time.
Those poor Wilmette neighbors are just trying to make ends meet. Who can blame them... must find a way to feed their children.ramblin, MC:
LA's neighbors are against everything LA except the moments in which they are quietly negotiating extortionate parking fees from families who do not qualify for parking passes in the school lot.

Or by smelly factories or train tracks.I recall a woman at Argo crying about the smell.I said where do you live? She said Bedford Park.I said yeah that damn factory that pays your property tax, water bill & trash bill. These evil people that were here long before any housesThey are the same as people who move to a home under a flight path and complain about the noise.
