With y'all getting a bye I was wondering how do you feel about 2 weeks in a row with no game?
While not ideal, it does give the kids a chance to get healthy and recover from any bumps and bruises. Anyway, the Vikings will likely have boring blowout games with a running clock in their first couple of playoff match ups. They won't get tested early on and the layoff won't matter.

The better question is who does Tarboro hope to see in the championship game?

I don’t personally like it but I’m not sure how much it will affect the team. Should have two “warm up” games before they have to play Pender, who I think will bring some competition.
It’s understandable to have reservations about introducing new strategies or changes, especially when the impact on team dynamics is uncertain. Having at least two “warm-up” games before facing Pender seems essential to gauge how the team adjusts and performs under the new setup. These warm-up games could provide valuable insights into player roles and strategies, allowing the coaching staff to make informed decisions before the crucial match.

Honestly, it doesn’t bother me. Actually playing in the system & knowing the coaches the way I do they’ll have them prepared & ready to go. We’re not the only ones that’s had two weeks off. Wilson Prep & North Duplin are in the same boat. If I was a fan of them then I’d be a little worried but not much

As a fan, I wish we were playing. I think the coaches and players are grateful for the time to heal the bumps and bruises and use the 2 weeks for good practices. I know they have a plan in place to maximize the 2 weeks without a game. Personally, I am headed to Weldon Friday so I can see the next opponent in person...and have a game to attend lol.

North Edgecombe has gained alot of students this year from about 200 to this year 371. How did they gained that many students? I am glad they did. And maybe that will help their numbers to go up in the football program.

Kids that live in Edgecombe county that used to go to Rocky Mount now go to North Edgecombe this year. Started this year.

Thats good for North Edgecombe.

Thats good for North Edgecombe.
North Edgecombe has received a grant from the state and will be building a new school and renovating its high school. It will consolidate two elementary schools with the high school and be called North Edgecombe School of Innovation with K-12. North has always had some good athletes. It won the 94 and 97 ship in 1A football. It also fields a rather strong basketball team each year.

Dear Mr. 704CougarsDad,

I hope this message finds you well. I was informed to reach out to you regarding your participation in the 1A division, particularly concerning your association with the 4A division where you consistently represented Chambers until their most recent significant loss in the championship. Since that time, many of us have been curious about your current whereabouts. We are pleased to see that you have transitioned to the 1A department. Welcome aboard!

Best regards,

Thank you very much. But man I don't know who this cougar's dad is. Does his daughter enjoy banging younger men? You won't find that on your AI platform will you. I think we used to call you bag of nuts. Or it might have been catcher of bag of nuts. I appreciate you thinking I am a Chambers fan. It looks like you two have transitions from the foray and 3A boards where you were called something else on the Charlotte Catholic message board You're really the one who transitioned aren't you. Of course in this day and age that's normal.
