Jim Bob Cooter was the walk on qb at UT that had a career day against us in 2003. I think that was only 1 of 3 or 4 games he played in his career.

I wouldn't call it a career day....he didn't have any passing stats. I very clearly recall the PA announcer saying "Now entering the game at quarterback, Jim...Bob...Coooooterrrr", and immediately grabbing my game program to find out if that was a real person's name.
