This may be common knowledge, but I don't know the answer. Why has Nick Griffin not played much this year? His ACL injury was two years ago, because I remember him scoring a long 60 yard touchdown against Arkansas last year, and I feel like he played a little bit at the beginning of this year. Did he get injured again, fall out of favor with the coaching staff, or is he just not as good as our other options?

Haha, I'm getting older and not as in touch as I used to be -- but I think you just combined 2 or 3 players into one. Nick Griffin, the RB, is who I am asking about. Anyone have any helpful information?
Okay, I think I remember that. Am I wrong that he has played some this year though? I feel like he took some snaps at RB early on and has even been playing some special teams since then, but I haven't paid too close of attention.

Bump - so, according to those links, he had 32 carries last year and only 20 this year -- and has not had a carry since the Kentucky game. I'm not a football coach/expert and don't claim to be, but one would think we would attempt to use him in our up-the-middle running plays. If no one has any information, I am assuming he has regressed and will be lost behind J-Rob and Shumpert next year.
Would've been nice to give him that pre-halftime goalline carry vs Arkansas. You know, the one where Milton was #wallacing.
