GT and UAT woulda been closer

OM would have still beaten us badly.

Talent was there for a decent season. I think we'd have for sure beaten AU, UK and La Tech.

....would've won 7 games here this year. Not one of them would've even come close to losing to La Tech.

We probably would've had a shot at 8 or 9 games with a good coach, as well. We should've had a shot at beating UT, and we got killed.

..if Nutt would have been MSU's coach this season, he would not have had a QB to work with anywhere near the talent of Snead.

So I'm going to say 6-6 would have been a best case scenario for Nutt @ MSU in 2008.

I think we win 8 games. We beat AU ( because Nutt takes Carroll out and puts in Lee ), UK ( he doesn't try to run the ball on every first down ), La Tech ( just because HE wouldn't lose to them ) and LSU ( He beat them at Ole Miss with defense and we have a defense that can play just as well ). Tennessee game would have been closer, Egg Bowl would have been more competative.

he beats La Tech (like any other coach in America would have) and he wouldve damn sure gotten us in the end zone once against Auburn. He would've lost to Vandy...b/c well, he lost to Vandy.

That's about all he could've done with the talent we had.

As an Arkansas fan and alum who only refers to the topic of this thread as TCTWT, you folks bring a coach who can recruit and you will own him in a few years. he always does his best with other coach's players. The last few years we had the benefit of some of the best players in AR HS history who would have came to Arkansas no matter who the coach was...
