i'm not sure, as it's spelled "Da'Rick Rogers". either way, landing him would be HUGE for us. this next recruiting class needs to be special, and it looks like it could be, especially if we can pull one of the big-time OL. i would also really like to see us get carmon, the massive DT - 6'7", 370.

Rivals said Da'Rick and his QB absolutely loved MSU, so y'all should have a damn good chance of picking him up. They loathed their visit to Oxford.
This Da'Rick quote sums it up:
"The Ole Miss visit was alright," Rogers said. "They kind of didn't show us too much respect. They offered me and everything but Coach (Houston) Nutt didn't really talk to me. Coach (Ron) Dickerson I will say was a pretty good guy. He talked to us pretty much the whole time. But truth be told, I still don't know much about Ole Miss at this point. It was an alright visit, nothing too spectacular. It was nothing like Mississippi State."

Should have taken them through the Grove, or better yet, The Square. God, if they only knew what they missed...

Mullen walked both he and Nash through LFL, and Rogers said that he is going wherever Nash goes. A total package deal. Nash is a good size guy and reminds me of a Tebow-type build.

the student recruiters (Roadrunners) working with them took them to lunch and gave them a campus tour.. they loved State, they wanted the tour and to go to the baseball game, none was planned for them. My friends who gave them the tour said they really warmed up and opened up about how much better State was than the Ole Miss visit and that they pretty much "marked them off the list". Mullen was really involved talking to them and helping them out with whatever they needed. The parents were very surprised with how great the MSU visit was. and it is pronounced DA' Rick..
