Say UGA wins and LSU drops to 3rd and misses out on the title game. Does LSU then get a chance atan at large bid, or are they just SOL on all BCS games? It would be messed up if LSU manages to somehow miss a BCS game with 1 loss to UGA in an extra championship game.

unless they just get horrendously blown out. They'll probably fall as low as 2. If anyone is at risk of dropping to 3, it's Bama and if that were to happen, it would be quite obvious the voters are intentionally trying to go against a rematch.

If LSU dropped to 3 then Alabama would play in the National Championship, Georgia in the Sugar Bowl and LSU would most like be in the Cotton Bowl. The only way the SEC can have 3 BCS team is if you have an automatic bid winner AND the #1 and #2 BCS teams.

But I wasn't sure if the 3 teams from the same conference rule applied only if two non conference champions were in the title or if it applied to BCS eligible teams in general based on ranking. Even if LSU loses they shouldn't drop past 2nd. At this point, anything other than LSU Bama rematch is a disgrace. I think they are the two best by far.

I strongly believe that the league office is trying to get 3BCS positions. Which means GA has to win the SECand LSU/BAMA are in the title game.

I don't if GA can pull off the upset. But we allknowthis game is all about the bottom line. I don't think LSU should be asked tomake the big sacrifice. I’m hope LSU go undefeated.

LSU is somthing like .800 ahead of the third place team. It will be hard for them to fall back to three. If GA wins, then Arkansas to the Cotton, Carolina to the Capital one, Florida or Auburn to the out back. The one that does not go to the out back will go to the Chick filet. We will either be in the Music, Gator or liberty regardless to what happens. Just my opinion.

It would be the most BS thing I've ever seen if LSU loses and they move Alabama above LSU and LSU gets left out. Well second most BS. That Petal-OB ending last night was worse.
