I see people getting rings now for all sorts of things. The UT bball twitter guy has a pic of the Elite Eight ring. Is that not cheapening the "ring" thing. One of the local HS coaches around where I live was wearing a ring for making the state "final four". IDK just dont think, as a coach, player, I would want a ring for anything less than a true championship. Maybe winning your division on a college level. Most HS teams do t-shirts. Back on topic. Is winning "a ring" being cheapened?
