I can recall that memory at any time.

However, I only saw it in replay. The way it actually happened for me was we were on the school playground waiting for the bus to go home. A few guys had radios and they were on. It was October 16th, 3:24 pm when he made the catch and all the kids started jumping and yelling.

Four straight birdies to close. That's tough to beat in major championship golf history. Nicklaus' closing 30 is one of the few better finishes.

Y'all continue to take shots at each other. It can't be sixpackspeak.com unless there is at least one thread on the front page where it is y'all going after one another. Don't mind me, I think it is funny.

Technically it wasnt the ending as it was the top of the 9th, but with two outs and a trip to the World Series on the line it has to be in the conversation. In the grand scheme of thing it was a mute point as the Cards couldnt take game 6 at home, but I have never witnessed the air being sucked out of a building like it was that night. I can still read Andy Pettite's lips from the dugout, "oh my God"</p>

it fair was a great scene. I can't remember if that ended the game but it sure determined the outcome that day. Bucky Dent's homerun in the one game playoff to break regular season tieagainst the Red Sox I believe was also a big one.
