Comparing our improvements this year vs last, if we have the same relative improvement where do we finish the 2011 season? SECCG? Sugar or somewhere else? Go

We've got to get off to a better SEC start next year. As long as we continually start SEC 0-2, we won't have a chance. LSU game next year will be bigger than this year's Auburn game.

replacing a first round left tackle is tough. Ask Ole Miss. All and all I think we`ll be at least as good as this year.

as the secondary BCS team. I think SECCG is possible but probably asking a bit much at this point. It all depends on who comes back for other teams in the league and how well we replace a few guys that will be playing on Sunday next year.

I think a Capitol One or Cotton Bowl is possible for us next year, but we shouldn't be disappointed at all with a Peach, Outback, or Gator. I think we'll be a very good team with 15 starters returning, but we have a huge question mark at linebacker and also at left tackle.</p>

on short rest after the Auburn game. That LSU game is going to be big and we should be at full strength when we play it. If LSU had a really tough game the week before I would feel better about it but they don't.

Just looking at the schedule. I still think scheduling LSU after Auburn on Thurs was a mistake- exposure be damned- and losing even one of those puts us behind the eight ball. On top of that, if we play Arkansas in Little Rock, that's a loss because they are practically invincible there.

there.

Yes, wooly, but it's realistic with this schedule. We need a LT and some linbackers, but the freshman guy coming in CJ something is suposed to be tight...maybe he fills in somewhere there.

We'll be damn good on offense, with Relph in year 3...come on. Ballard and Perkins, and some more recivers...come on. I know everyone is trying not to be too optimisitc, but next year is our year.

Not the 1st game of the season, Larry T. Just the 1st home game.

The crowd is going to be ape **** nuts. FlabLoser's Home Attendance Calculator Presented By Cray Supercomputers is already churning about this one.

Are we really playing @ Arkansas instead of @ Little Rock? I hope so.

@ Memphis - W
@ LSU or Auburn - W
La Tech - W
@UGA or S Carolina - W
@UAB - W
@ KY - W
UTM - W
Mississippi Bears - W

There's 8 wins without even calling the Bama or Arkansas game. So I'm going to sport the wool and call for 9 games, saying we're going to win from 3 from this group: UGA, S Carolina, LSU, Auburn, Arkansas, Alabama. If we pull 3 out of that group we should absolutely win at least 9 games.

It will be very difficult to replace Sherrod, White, McPhee, Brignone, White, et al, with players as experienced and as good.

Remember how bad it hurt to lose Michael Brown and the other players in the gun incident?

I would say another 8-4 would be a very good year if their replacements are average. If we actually have some folks step up and adequately take their places, we might could do better.

We made the improvement from last year to this year by beating the SEC teams and OOC teams we SHOULD beat. Forget the names, we were just better than Georgia, Florida, Houston, etc. To make another 3 game improvement, we are going to have to beat the likes of LSU and Alabama ie the SEC elite talent teams.

This first step is much easier than the second step. My "keep me happy" expectations are 7 wins next year. I really hope our fanbase doesn't get stupid.

We have probably one of the toughest home schedules in the country next year with Bama, LSU, SC, andOle Miss.We could lose at least 2, but maybe 3 with SC being pretty good next year. We still have to travel to UGA, Arkansas, Auburn,and UK, which should be the easiest of all 4. 8 wins is pretty realistic, with 9 wins being really good. 9 to 10wins is reachable, but I think to do it we have to beat LSU. LSU is whats preventing us from being really good, and do get there, we have to go through them and beat them.

6 wins are damn near guaranteed. 4 out of conference games + at KY (without Cobb) + OM (sans Masoli) = 6 wins. I am calling for wins at Auburn and at UGA. Auburn will be weakened by the graduation of 24 seniors andNewton (and probably Fairley as well).UGA doesn't scare me that much although they do have a helluva QB in Murray.They lose AJ Green also. We are a more tough-minded team than UGA and that's a direct reflection of our head coach (and theirs). We should get at least 1 more win at home againstUSC, LSU, or Bama. Garcia at USC is a head case at QB. He can play great at times or be a turnover machine at times. LSU still has no proven QB but they are talented everywhere else.Bama loses McElopie and will be trotting out AJ McCarronat QB. McCarron will be a first-year starter if he wins the job. The most likely win out of those 3 should be S. Carolina. We win contain Lattimore and force Garcia to put the ball in the air. He will probably throw a few to maroon-colored jerseys. I'm not conceding any games at this point but from a pure talent standpoint, we still don'treach the level ofBama or LSU. Arkansas should be damn good next year too, even w/o Mallett. It's hard to win at UPig when they are mediocre and damn hard to win there when they are good. Given 4 weeks to game plan for the bowl game, I give the nod to Mullen and staff. Win # 10 comes at aNYD bowl.

we went from 5 wins in 2009 to 9 wins in 2010 so with 4 additional wins next year that could put us winning the SEC and losing the national championship game.
