Would it be possible to have a discussion on recruiting, coaching hires, basketball, or really anything related to MSU without having the same Ole Miss jack asses opinions on the subject? Maybe just one thread, like every wednesday at 2, maybe we could say no rebs in this thread today? Just as a trial period till we learn how to do it by ourselves....

No. Plus, we wouldn't have gems like "Why are you so excited about hiring one of the best baseball coaches in the country?" and "Why can't we both be good?"

then we wouldn't have an unbiased opinion. also, we wouldn't ever know about info like coaches calling recruits thugs and saying that their girlfriends are drug addicts/hookers to their face....BASICALLY

hell, even MAKE a Super Bowl, before they start putting themselves at the level of the Cowboys.

Remember, our 9-7 record was a major disappointment. Your 8-8 was an improvement.

the Saints were 7-9 last year. They did improve to 8-8. The Cowboys were most assuredly going to the Super Bowl this year at the beginning of the season. They, like the Saints, are sitting at home this year.

BTW, do you remember the December 2006 playoffs? What happened when Dallas played New Orleans, when it counted in the post season?

Hint, it involved a brutal beating at the hands of the Saints.

In 2007 Dallas is one and done in the playoffs, after being the number one seed in the NFC. Now I will admit, I'd swap what happened with New Orleans last year for Dallas' year. But, really, Dallas hasn't made too much post season noise in the last few years. Not a lot to brag about in Dallas for the so-called "America's Team".
