Probably because the defense was struggling and he just took a chance with the onside kick to give them a chance. If they'd have recovered it would have been a great call. As a coach I know firsthand you are not going to please everyone. Just comes with the territory. Lol
I agree with Kwhs95fan as a coach I would have probably made that call as well, being down already and defense not doing well I would have to take a chance to try to get the ball back in the beginning of the second half . If the kick would have been recovered it would be thought of differently
WELL I GUESS YOU ALL ARE CORRECT BUT I RATHER THE OPPONENT TO DRIVE 80 YARDS FOR A SCORE THAN HAVE A SHORT FIELD. IT WOULDNT HAVE MATTERED IN WAY PARK VIEW WAS ON A MISSION THIER QB IS THE TRUTH.
