Since alot of you seem to be auditioning to be the next AD and want to fire Cohen after one whole recruiting class, what would be your answers to the following two questions:

If Brian O Conner came to MSU two years ago, instead of Cohen, and had two losing seasons, would you fire him?

When you compare the fine talent that we have right now on the field, besides Powers, who would start for Arkansas, LSU, UM, South Carolina or Florida?

1. No. Not for solely having a losing season. BUT I would fire him for losing to Jackson State. I meant what I said when I said that was unexcusable no matter how bad the situation is, and no matter who the coach is. I'll tell you what I bet if you asked Cohen he would say the same thing.

2. Maybe Jaron- oddly enough a Cohen recruit. I think Duffy could be a good DH for some teams, and maybe Vickerson could play somewhere for someone. Adkins would also play a good bit for some SEC people. We also have some freshmen like Stratton, Luke Bole, CC Watson, Ben Bracewell, Chad Girodo, and Kendall Graveman that I think would be good pitchers for some people. Routt and Devin Jones would be on most staffs. On Cohen's behalf most of our higher quality talent has been brought in by him.

but start for them. Hint, the answer is none.

And while everyone is extolling the virtues of Brian OConner, he lost at home to powerhouse Wright State this season 2-1. Last year, he lost to Stony Brook at home 6-2. These are hardly powerhouses.

No one is denying that this is an awful team. I'm saying that he deserves our support and two more years of recruiting before we decide to make a change.
