I got a PM a few minutes ago with the information, and have forwarded it onto Bracky Brett. Hopefully, this situation will be resolved without further incident. Thanks to <redacted>.

A quick aside, neither myself nor DS want this board to turn into a Gene's Page style forum where you can't disparage the athletic department if it's warranted. But at the same time, we are State fans first, and if we get an email like that asking for our help, we are going to respond to it in the manner that we did. Bottom line, if you are looking to hurt Mississippi State, we will not allow you a forum to do so. Now, we don't believe second guessing coaching decisions, calling out players by name, or just bashing a coach in general truly hurt MSU, but a NCAA investigation would, regardless of their findings. If you feel the need to be Internet Badass and put something similar to what was posted today out there, don't. </p>

In the course of one afternoon you have publicly stated, both to this board and to Brett himself that you would not provide the requested info until the fall. You then proceed to go back (read: waffle) on your original statement that landed you in the situation you're in, and also turn around and give up said information like, if I might add, a little *****.

It's one thing if you had just said 'Oops, I shouldn't have said that' but it's another to puff out your chest and talk all this **** and then turn around and stick your tail between your legs when called on the carpet. I should hope that what little credibility you had with any of the readers here is now officially gone. If I were you I'd shut up and go lick my wounds until people forget this...which they won't. Imbecile.

If that email was not written by Bracky then HD6 and DS are either too stupid to verify the email address from which it came (which I don't believe) or the person that sent it had to mimic said email address. I would think that would be a serious offense and something that the university would be very interested in looking into if that is the case...

I believe this is coach34 trying to save face, and I call ********.

you would automatically give Coach34 subpoena power and would force his lawyer to try to prove that Stansburry did in fact buy players.
