Was glad to see this and posted the news in the Duke in the NBA thread. I really like all the Lakers signings since they couldn't land Kawhi. The key for them will be the Lakers veterans and stars remaining healthy. Really, if they are healthy, I think they will be a serious contender next year and I think Quinn will be a contributor off the bench. With LeBron and Davis, there should be a lot of open 3s and the Lakers, unlike last year, have loaded up on quality 3 point shooters. Green, Daniels, Pope, Cook, Caruso, Dudley can all shoot 3s well and occasionally Cousins can.

Going to be very interesting.

I agree, I thought the Lakers did really well considering the bulk of the most appealing free agent chips had fallen. Quinn, Danny Green, and Boogie are really good signings under the circumstances, and fit their team makeup quite well.

Just as long as they do what King James tells them to do. OFC

So crazy that Cousins is an afterthought signing right now. I love his play style and hope he can get back to that level. He could be a big key for the Lakers if healthy and being reunited with AD should rejuvenate him some.

Lakers signed PG Bradley. Along with Rondo

Quinn needs to focus on his outside shot, it will be the only way he sees the floor

Cousins signing to me is meh. He is a ball stopper on a team with James & Davis. If he is on the floor late in playoff games for this LAL team, they won't be going far. Lakers need shooters and floor spacing, that is not Cousins game.

I bet cousins comes back in great shape and ends up scoring as much as Kuzma.
