Jackson made a stop in Nebraska when he ran for president in ‘88. While I never supported or voted for him, he was a captivating speaker.
Mama always said “if you can’t somethin nice…”. But mama never watched JJ shakedown businesses for protection money.

I grew up in Chicago years ago and JJ was mentioned on the news almost every single night. He was such a big name.

He was a politician, that's for sure. I remember he was very pro-life, but the second he decided to run for president as a Democrat, he became radically pro-abortion. It was an olympic gymnast level flip-flop .

So they finally buried him on this last Saturday. Almost 3 weeks to have the burial seems a little excessive.

They had to give Biden time to get his ice cream, sniff some children's hair, and get prepared to deliver a nonsensical speech about himself stuttering trying to connect in some way with the black people in the crowd. Then the growth of African population as if it has anything to do with Jackson's lifelong message.

Or Clinton, Obama, Biden and Harris using this as a political tool. Thank goodness Jesse Jackson Jr called them out on it for pretending to align with Jackson when it was convenient for them.
