Assuming he is being courted by top teams, Oregon's QB could come back or go pro. So that could affect where remaining portal QB's go who aren't already signed. Why haven't we heard anything about Raiola committing there, then? Beck is a senior. It's not like Miami is waiting for Beck to decide if he's entering the draft or not.
It's on you as to whether you respond or not. You did... welcome to the thread.Great, another Raiola thread
Can’t move in the pocket and make plays with his feet the way Beck does.He will be perfect in Miami. He definitely knows the offense,
Beck has better peripheral vision due to his eyes being on the sides of his head. Game changer. Can’t move in the pocket and make plays with his feet the way Beck does.

Eyes like Beck mobility of DR.
If you're talking about Raiola he's going to Oregon. He's been going there all along just hasn't been "officially" announced to the public. With the news of Leavitt visiting Miami, is Raiola getting squeezed?
It appears his options are dwindling.
He will not be any more successful than at Nebraska. He was 13-8 with no wins against top 25 teams. Against non-cupcake opponents the offense averaged around 20 ppg when he was the starter, and he had a decent run game here, with the passing game being very inconsistent, especially on 3rd down and against man-coverage. He absolutely will not play at any top 15 school with his lack of mobility, coming back from a broken leg while struggling with maintaining a competitive weight. He is also only 6'2 and over 230 pounds with no mobility. He might a perfect fit for an air raid offense that didn't use zone read concepts and didn't expect make the playoffs. He won't be a fan favorite while barely making a bowl game at many other schools. This is one case where the transfer will miss his old school because Nebraska was a perfect fit for him to make millions of dollars, get to play a ton of snaps, get the girls and the attention and not have to win any big games, or even play that well against good opponents. The expectations for him were super low, and he met them, and got rich, while enriching his entire family. It won't happen at his next stop. With the right QB coach I think he can do well. Stop floating his passes and throw dimes. I hope he does well.
Oregon will be a lot better than we have been. And like everyone else would, Raiola will play better at Oregon with those teammates. And he's got a lot of experience. And he'll have a leash. He won't be able to do whatever the **** he wants to on the field without getting benched. Raiola will play better and he'll absolutely carve up our Huskers. He will not be any more successful than at Nebraska.
Experience only matters if you have experienced success. He has played poorly against good opponents, cost us games because of INTs and poor decision making. He just isn't top qb material, he isn't big enough, doesn't have a strong enough arm, has no pocket mobility, can't navigate man-coverage, has no ability to anticipate routes. A VAST majority of his passing yards came on screen passes, which is the easiest pass in the game. Maybe the qb pool is that weak that he could start at Oregon, and it is their right to spend 3 million on him, but it will be for a backup qb as he will not lead them to the playoffs, and at Oregon, with that payroll, it is playoffs or bust.Oregon will be a lot better than we have been. If the Oregon line sucks like they did last night Dylan will be taking numerous sacks a gameIf he goes to Oregon, he will look better than he did here. Simple fact of having better supporting cast and, frankly, better coaching.
But I think he will be a disappointment relative to what Oregon fans have come to expect. Lack of deep ball and lack of plays with his feet will be noticeable, and cost them a game or two. Not against us, mind you.
Dylan seems like the kind of player that is going to make more from his college career than his NFL career. So maximizing his NIL bag and propping up his NFL hopes is the wise move for him.

Ever heard of the school of hard knocks? Take your lumps, get humbled, whatever. Then in the off-season come back better than before.Experience only matters if you have experienced success.
F em. Must have been a bad break up. Glad he’s gone. Hope he does well and hope we can get to him and destroy him next year.Man, some of you sound like the dude that got dumped.
No, that is not how it works. Dylan didn't have any success whatsoever against a top 25 team when it mattered. He had a good late game drive at Maryland in front of Nebraska fans, that is probably his only game where he could gain some confidence to take an Oregon team into the playoffs. Of course Dylan will be fine at a school like SMU or Louisville. He will win 9 games, make a bowl game. But if he chooses a top 10 team, he will have to play well in really tough environments...losing a close game on the road against a top 25 team at Oregon gets you benched, losing a close game on the road at NU gets you girls. It is a completely different universe.Ever heard of the school of hard knocks? Take your lumps, get humbled, whatever. Then in the off-season come back better than before.
Brother will be a backup and processed as need be.Oregon is a Nike school. Raiola’s contract is with 3-Stripe. How is that going to work? And reportedly he’s a package deal with younger brother. Lanning going for that?

How many times did he get sacked because of his lack of mobility? He played well vs Michigan
It wasn’t his lack of mobility. It was holding the ball too long, a lack of pocket awareness and a crappy RT. His average time holding the ball was over a second longer than the average P4 QB.How many times did he get sacked because of his lack of mobility?

He did. Not to be nit picky but 20% of his yards and one of his tds came on a hail mary. That is why it felt like Michigan dominated and we were still in the game. You could also take away the -60 in sack yards from his passing total, and the hail mary and it was efficient but not as good as it seems, hence we lost and only scored 27. I would say that was one of his last good games...he was *** against Michigan state, had 3 picks against Maryland, terrible against Minnesota, ok against NW, and average against USC. He piled up numbers through that Michigan game...not sure if he was injured or what but if he plays like most of last season he won't start at any decent school. He played well vs Michigan

Dylan is gone. There is no point in polishing his pickle at this point. Give it up.
Well, you can’t make Mahomey like highlight plays, running around in the backfield and flinging it as your whole body is horizontal if you’re trying to get the ball out quickly. Those two are incompatible, record be damned. It wasn’t his lack of mobility. It was holding the ball too long, a lack of pocket awareness and a crappy RT. There's also no point in downplaying his performances. Take away Dylan and we get absolutely dogwalked vs Michigan, similar to what happened in the last 3 games without him when we couldn't line up and run the ball much.
