I would not have been unhappy if Lyons would have let him go but the conservative and right approach for now is to keep him. I think he will probably be let go next year but if DH proves me wrong by having a good/great season, then I'm OK with that too.

Dana Holgorsen should have won Big 12 COY, he should win it every year. Always helping out every other football program. Hey KSU, need a win to get bowl eligible? No problem, Dana is here!

I love how the article claimed that, at 7-5, we were a lot closer to 9-3 than 6-6 because 2 of the losses were by a combined 8 points. It's funny how they forgot to mention that 1 of the wins was by just 5 points, thus making that claim ring a bit hollow.

Someone hurry up and call me a troll for pointing out the facts.

Yes, folks, only on the Mountaineer message board can you get called "dumb" for pointing out that the author's claim was factually false. Thanks for proving my point.

Poor Dana...nearly $3M a year for 7 wins. Most vs non-conf cupcakes & BXII bottom dwelling mouth breathers called Kansas & I-State. 15-21 BXII record. Poor. Poor Dana. Merry Christmas.

Dana is our hc for 2016 so let's support the team and see how it plays out. All this negativity does nothing except breed more and changes nothing. Some are happy and some are not with Lyon's decision and that will always be the case. Hopefully, we finish with a bowl win and good recruiting class and set the stage for a better 2016 season.

I don't think anyone who wants him Out, is against the Team. I wanted Cignetti Fired too....still went to Every game. That's the thing with you guys which is a rotten thing to do. You accuse people who don't want the coach of not supporting the team or WVU athletics. that's not Right.
