while hetrains some top-notch talent, as a huge MMA fan, its hard to cheer for these guys. They fight not to lose. I know that cliche, but its true.
Quinton came in with a bit of a cardio issue and wasn't crisp. I think Quinton is worse than BJ when it comes to training. He's an good talent that has never been pushed. What did he expect? He trains primarily with strikers at Wolfslayer, knowing Rashad is going to grind it out on the fence and ground. I knew he was going to lose by UD.
The Russow fight was crazy. Talk about a puncher's chance.
oh well, Shogun/Rashad could be entertaining if Shogun can neutralize Rashad's clinch with muy thai knees and kicks.
