For all the SEC bashing you hear, looks like some of the "traditional" power conferences are stinking it up pretty well. I am starting to wonder where all the NCAA bids are going to come from. I think there will be alot of "what the hell" moments on selection Sunday.

there is a lot of SEC West bashing and its deserved to be honest.

The Pac 10 has been pegged as potentially a 1 bid league since even December, which shows how bad that league is.

The ACC is still projected to get 7 in.

The ACC is projected to get 7 in??? For real? There is a bias against the SEC out there however, especially on ESPN where they continually pimp the Big 10 and ACC. Even though the SEC now has a contract with ESPN, I guess old habits die hard. Does anyone seriously think that say Miss. State and Florida couldn't hang with the 7th best team in a bad ACC?

the last 10 or so teams in the tournament could hang with the last 10 or so teams out of the tournament (and the numbers are probably broader than that). But at some point, you are simply looking at what teams have accomplished, and the teams that play in the conferences that are thought of as stronger (whether its perception, Espn, RPI, or whatever) are going to get the nod.

Wake and GT are just outside the top25 and have shown they can win against the top50.

Pac10 is terrible but the ACC is hardly terrible.

The MWC, and A10 should get a ton of respect in terms of bids.
Heck, the MVC should get a few...at least according to the RPI.
