I think it's 99.9% probable it was a guy who did it. I also think it is about 75% probable some blue haired lady in a LeSabre had a 17ing conniption fit when she saw him do it.
I would say that looks like **** I would do in front of my store, but I'm more tempted to put it on the hood of a tesla or mercedes.
