heard that upwards of 2000 people hit the um library last night. been told its on you tube. some sonofabitch in a penguin costume was the master of ceremonies. wonder what the folks that were in the library studying thought.

A few thoughts.....(damn i must be bored)...what is the point of this? To be disrespectful? To piss of the administration? To allow the campus police a bigger budget for tear gas?
After watching UKs with the cats spell out and OMs Hoddy Toddy.....I wonder what State students would have chanted? Maroon ...White...Maroon....White.....until it played out. My guess is State students would have chanted nothing in regards to the athletic teams as that is not "cool".

It was actually really fun. The police and Dean of Students were there, and they just stood there and laughed. They didn't do anything until people had been swimming and climbing on the Phi Mu fountain for about 20 minutes afterward.

A melting pot of euro trashiness, techno music, and the ole miss student body does not sound like my idea of a good time. The three individually piss me off enough - I can't imagine what I would do if I were to be exposed to all three simultaneously. Good thing youtube is blocked at work . . .

I will say that in order for Journey to continue to tour as Journey, Pineda is definitely a good substitute. I would buy a ticket to see Journey w/ Steve Perry, but not Journey w/ Pineda. I also sided with David Lee Roth when Van Halen broke up.
