if Ravern couldn't have played and we ended up starting out with a loss to TN State. Now I will agree that nobody cares about your lottery ticket.

<div>the statement of "well if our best player hadnt played we would have lost" makes no sense bc he did. </div>

Good job Ravern. Last year he started out strong too and then faded away towards the end of the season, when defenses were in his face. I believe he will step up and make some crucial experienced plays down the stretch.

I would like for State to actually try to use plays instead of the dribble down the court, hold the ball for 15 seconds and jack up a three. Or maybe thats the only play we know. It sure does look like it.

Stans has no clue on the offensive end of the floor.

He had six assists and 2 turnovers in about 25 minutes of play. He didn't score a lot of points, but he was very active with the ball. The team as a whole made a greater effort to drive the ball to the hole (compared to last year). We just didn't make the shots or got rejected when we got there. As expected, its gonna take some time for this team to find an identity until bost is eligible. I winced when I saw that Lewis, Steele, Bryant, Smith, Bolen lineup while the game was still in doubt.

We didn't shoot anywhere near as many bad threes as last year. Kodi only shot wide open threes. Ravern had a couple, but he made them so its tough to complain. I thought we looked terrible, but it was simply lack of talent/experience not bad decision making.

Stansbury is clueless and stupid as usual.

He stays on, MSU is frustration central.

He gets fired and MSU hires a go-getter mid-major coach, MSU wins.

Need to get rid of Stansbury before he ruins the great MS/HS class of 2011.
