I saw where we finally offered him and he was scheduled to visit this weekend. Looks like a very impressive prospect out of Florida, but maybe there is not a need for another TE signee or he decided on Florida Atlantic?
He was planning to visit but has reportedly pushed it back to after signing day. If he is a sign and place, gives him a bit more time with a few schools that would still like to place him.
His first cousin is Rufus Warren. Isn't going to qualify, so no rush with this one. He's a blocking TE and we're going to have a good one of those for the next 2 seasons.
Also read that he might play linebacker. It'll be interesting where we would place him.
ETA: Rufus is going to be a very successful coach one day. He's the first one to talk to the camera before or after a game and he's one of our biggest recruiters.
