I have no reason to not believe imbadru.

And honestly, the whole stain thing is the reason I would go Schiano.

Nobody gives a damn about half the people on our coaching list. If we fire Flood, which we did, we need to follow it up with a name that people know. Schiano is one of them.

juniors know Schiano was a bad NFL coach when they were in 8th-9th grade. Relax on him being this super name.

Cristobal and Fleck are much better recruiters than Schiano. GS is a much better coordinator than either of them (obviously). So pick which one you prefer.

Are we basing Cristobal's recruiting on his time at Alabama, because that may not be a fair assessment.

You sure do come in contact with a lot of Penn State football players. What area of General Studies do you specialize in?

At Alabama, Cristobal is constantly competing against the big boys for the top recruits. There are only so many elite players in the country. Take a look at Alabama's commits and what schools offered them. He definitely has the recruiting chops. He is a charismatic leader and he has learned from the top head coach and staff in the country. He would be a great pick as head coach.

Think it's this:
The study of ********
professor bad examines :

• The Bullshitter (the originator of the BS)

• The ********, (the content)

• The Bullshitee (the recipient).

And provides examples of the kind of BS one might encounter on a daily basis
( bad's messages posted on this board are the examples)

Think of all the Penn St grads you have talked to, doesn't it seem strange they can BS so easily .
Now you know, they learn how to BS effortlessly from professors like Bad , because of the BS courses they take at Penn St. :D

I don't want to say that Alabama recruits itself but ALABAMA RECRUITS ITSELF!
I can't give Mario credit for doing something that just about any coach could do given Alabama's head coach, resources and tradition.

Oh I never thought the kid was good. I just happened to have a chance encounter with his mom when we were buying our house two years ago. She's a realtor in Morris County.
Pretty much the case for a lot of prospects I'm sure. I mean think about it, Schiano, a proven winner leaves for the pros. And you are left with... Flood.

If you are a top 50 prospect from NJ, your choices probably something like (at the bare minimum):
Penn State
Syracuse
UConn
Temple
Maryland
Rutgers... minus Schiano, replaced by Flood.

Syracuse, UConn, Temple are clearly inferior situations... Maryland is par. Penn State over Rutgers with Flood as coach. Now Rutgers with a good coach? That gets a lot more of those top NJ prospects.

Remember when Schiano took over the Bucs and called Freeman a franchise quarterback, lmao.

Let me get this straight. You have two options here:
1.) You can truly believe that he felt like Freeman was a franchise quarterback.
2.) You can use common sense and consider it "coach's speak" considering how fast he ran Freeman out of town. Hell, one of his negatives from the press was that somehow Freeman's health info got leaked.

Your choice.

ImBadRU is a PSU fan.

Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this one out though.

and allow me to build on this feedback: ALABAMA RECRUITS ITSELF and what they don't Coach Saban and perennial Top 5 team fills in the gaps.

Alabama is competing against teams like Ohio State, LSU, Auburn, Notre Dame, Georgia, Florida for every recruit. All those teams I mentioned are top teams and could "recruit itself." Cristobal did a great job getting guys to commit to Alabama over those other top schools. Position coaches are the main recruiters for a school and Saban makes sure he hires the best.

I don't know if it was coach speak or not. I tend to believe not, why would he take a job that was in QB purgatory?
