Does anyone know if RAF put Kevin Jackson in charge of weigh in communication? 
Just a random question about RAF.
Is RAF the equivalent of a pro sport to the same college sport because they are paid. Like the NFL to college football.

it sounds like the real deal and this is a great signing... RAF just needs to be advertised more and made main-stream!

Strange match. I just saw JO call a timeout. Yep. Never saw that before. It was for a score check after a whistle restart. Anyhow, JO won 5-3. It was 3-3 in favor of Beau on criteria and they gave JO a push-out point as time expired but for some reason they gave him 2.

It sounded like they changed the 2 grounded calls to push outs for Oliver after the match was over. Not fair to Bartlett. Ran out the clock thinking he was ahead.

Ben Askren saying that there is no longer grounding to nullify a push out point. If you get pushed out, no matter knees on the mat or not, is a point. That explains the extra point in the JO vs Beau match. It was a point from earlier in the match.
The rule change was overdue.
It just happened again. They've lost the broadcast 4 times now. So frustrating.
The B10 student announcers are better than Julianna Pena on the mic. Did you guys know that "Bubba Jenkins was traded from PSU"?

Word from Buchanan's camp is he broke his rib or sternum in the match. Sucks, because he has been wrestling really well lately

That was amazing. Georgio was trying to get that to happen the entire time. It's going to get eyes on RAF for sure. Georgio deserved that, he kept clubbing over and over. He knew that Arman's a nutcase.

I would like RAF a lot better if they stuck to actual wrestlers. I get why they have these influencers and MMA fighters compete. It gets more viewers, and RAF knows guys like us will watch anyway. But these guys aren't overly talented in this discipline and bring a sideshow circus act with them. The fact that that match was a co-main and JO/Bartlett was the 2nd match of the night says where their priorities are.

There was some decent wrestling but you had to suffer through all of the above to see it.

I want to be interested in RAF (or some form of professional freestyle wrestling), but I just am not. Too WWF for me.
LOL RAF sounds amateur they seem to make the rules as the match goes!
Beau with some pretty obvious and important questions to be asked of a professional wrestling league. The last couple events have been quite chaotic for communications and governing. This is quite surprising since Willie is involved with the league. I'd expect someone with his knowledge to have those things all ironed out.
RAF 6 was a disgrace. Very uneven officiating, poorly informed commentators, terrible broadcast consistency and a riot. Every person involved with RAF should rethink the operation. The rioters should be banned from competition and from even attending any further RAF events. A pox on all their houses.
Any chance Nolf wrestles in the upcoming US Open? Love to see him give freestyle another go.
There are a lot of good matches on that card. Crazy that the two co-main events are circus acts. I know why they do it, i just don't like it.

they need some rules they will stick to if you dont make weight you dont wrestle and you dont get paid is a good start
