Real MSU maroon

I was cleaning out some ole boxes tonight and came across mine and my grandfather's MSU degree. His is from 1958 and mine from 2008. The difference in maroon in pretty drastic. The maroon seems to be more red now.<div>

When you say "degree" do you mean diploma? If so I don't remember mine having any color on it at all except maybe a gold seal. But honestly, I haven't really looked at it in a long time and it is hanging in my home office. That shows how observant I am .... I'll have to check it when I get home tomorrow.
