If my employer would've folded last month instead of last Thursday I wouldn't be.

New Years Day, you work...

Believe me when I tell you I tried to call on every favor I could, to get off work today. Jacksonville is a RONCO rotisserie drive, from the MS Gulf Coast. Just "Set it, & Forget it!"

which is part of the reason I've been so bitchy lately. Finally coming out of it and feeling 95% with only a couple of days of antibiotics left. Had it been in Atlanta I would have gone anyway and just taken the crap from my doc.

Don't be a fool, wrap your tool! It's not worth it.

(Just kidding, it wasn't an STD!)

I did too much traveling for the Dogs this season to make it down there. Every home game and 2 away games. The wife and kids wouldn't have appreciated it. "You gotta know when to fold 'em..."

Going to Atlanta/Georgia from Tuesday until next Tuesday then to Natchez the following weekend for a meeting and then to D.C. a week later. Busy month.

I couldn't make it to Jacksonville:

1. We went to Ireland earlier this month for vacation.
2. The week before we left my son (11-month old) got sick and was in the hospital for 3-days.

So - I didn't have enough vacation time left to drive and we used flyer miles to fly to Dublin and didn't have enough left to get to Jacksonville (but did to get to ATL).
