Auburn. They fired their coach and went out and got a mid major coach. And everybody knows that if you fire your coach (no matter how good he is) you'll automatically be better than you were if you hire a mid major coach. And it doesn't even matter if the mid major coach was really that good to begin with. Happens all the time.
