Their response was that he did not fit what they were looking for. Apparently Kansas thinks they are a higher profile program then Mullens is ready for.</p>

The story gets stranger. Apparently Megan Mullens wants out of Starkville. I guess she took their newborn Canon and left Starkville and they are living with her Mother, Jen West. Word is that the people of Starkville are not what she was hoping for and she is now asking Dan to get them out of Mississippi. Jen gave up a good job with the Golf Channel and I believe is working to get back into television at some level.</p>

FYI - All my information comes from Jen West through my good friend Jim West who's boy plays AYSO soccer with my rug rat out here in sunny California. I have been tempted to post this info earlier, but I did not want to be the guy breaking news out of respect for Jim. Looking ahead, it really is obvious which program is headed up and which one is sliding back a bit. It's about time for the Johnny Rebs to have their PI's tail Mullen's every move. I wish I was kidding about that but we've seen this movie before. The good news is that we now have a school President and AD that won't be intimidated or roll over when the heat is on.

While I'm not going to do it I think someone should call if for no other reason than to teach this douchebag that things you put on the internet can and will be used against you. Wonder how his good friend would feel getting a call from a reporter to confirm his story about Dan's wife leaving him?

but the day before the LSU game she sure seemed really happy as the featured speaker at the national alumni board meeting. Maybe she's a superb actress, but her satisfaction with the area and school sure seemed genuine to me.

so my buddy gets the ball and throws it at her and she ducks and it hits Megan Mullen in the back. She gets up from her table and says "that's it, give me the ball, I'm playing. I need a Coors Light." So Megan and my buddy were on a team and they lost. She followed the rules and drank whatever her team had left over and whatever the winning team had left. She seemed to be having a lot of fun for "hating" Starkville so much according to the Rebel insider. She stuck around and took some pictures before going back to her tailgate.

how OM fans think that they should be sooo superior to us. If we have any competitiveness to us at all, they automatically start finding excuses to our success. I know thats the True Rivalry in them (Oh wait....... we're not "Rivals"), but it is possible that we can have a better program than them. I dont think they comprehend that.

We won 5 stinking games and they have a chance at 9. You would think they would be happy that they have had a better season and are going to a great bowl, but most of them are ate up with bringing State down.
