I know nothing but suspect it was a little more than about paying for a plane ticket. That might have been the final straw. If BB was going to give up $5M because of a plane ticket…. Doesn’t make any sense.
And the opposite is also true; not sure I would have had the cajones to ask for flight tickets etc after someone dropped a reportedly large bag on me.
Tom has to answer to the AD and the compliance department. Does DT?? Not sure since his salary is likely largely paid by Chad Richison.

Borge looks like he will be 141/149. It looks like it would be between us and Nebraska for Borge. Borge and Kenny stayed extra days after their official visit at Nebraska and trained there before WNO. Plus, Willie said that Nebraska has been heavily after Borge but Borge has taken a couple of unofficials to IC. So I can see Gobblin talking about Borge; but time will tell.

Getting anxious for a string of commitments after the big let down last year
Israel Borge wrestling 132 this weekend at super 32, dropping down from 144. Will be interesting how he wrestles Moses Mendoza, Keanu Dillard, Corbin and Besmer.
Its called the Supercut 32 for a reason. The weigh ins for this tournament are a joke
He's been 138 recently. He's not as big as people think.
No it's not really called that it's just a joke. They only have 1 weigh in so kids cut down. Most kids who place will wrestle 1-2 weights higher during the HS season
I dont care.
I am just saying that if you see someone entered at a particular weight for this weekend, i wouldnt necessarily assume that that is/will be that kids normal wrestling weight this season.
Super 32 is this weekend and most of the best kids are there. Next weekend for MN I would expect visitors

How long did it take you to find his ranking and weight class?
I believe so that's why he's not on the official roster. Assume he's gonna be doing stuff with the HWC and probably wrestles some open tournaments

Losing them to VT Tech for the reasons they were is hardly a bad look. Some might say it's actually a positive sign that the inmates aren't ever going to run the asylum. Odds that they stay at VT for the duration of their college eligibility - +500?

I think Dhabolt has a visit scheduled at UNI this weekend last I knew.
That's correct - I messaged him back in August and he confirmed he'll be greyshirting this season, as will fellow 2025 recruit Paolo Ciatto.
