Dam he has jumped around a lot in about 8 months. Keeps following better offers/bigger programs. Tells me if Iowa is willing to give him a second chance for whatever he did, he will be here next year competing for our 157/165 spot. Especially if he has a decent showing in his first full D1 season. We could be getting Sealy also. He is so buried now with Duke there, and Oklahoma state is congested in his weights also.
Love to see him return to Iowa. Of course, there would need to be an agreement to no longer post pics of his anus.

I’m glad our fan base and PSU fan base can bond over Ferrari bashing. Only one problem, we have one on our roster, and they are a tight family. They have nothing to lose, we have our future young star to lose. We just lost 3 future blue chip studs, who jerked us over, and we don’t bash them.
Any new Recruiting news..? Feel like us constantly bringing up the Bassetts is like beating a dead horse. Wish them the best but us bringing up our shortcomings with recruiting them gets old…
Anyway, is there tea leaves of us flipping a recruit like CJ Torres? Or new home visits ? Or even if we are interested to looking to foreign counties for recruits?

1. There is a suggestion/reputation deserved or not that Iowa’s training is rigid/outdated in regards to peaking/periodization, scrambling, etc.
2. There are concerns about the depth/training at the HWC compared to other RTCs which seems to be increasingly relevant to elite recruits with higher aspirations than D1 wrestling.
3. Iowa’s wrestling facility has no windows.

I miss the HawkeyeBeacon wrestling forum. On3 sucks. Keep getting pop ups galore. Maybe that goes away if you pay for subscription. Looking at this thread - seems like many previous posters didn’t make the jump over here …

I don’t pay anything and don’t see much for pop-ups. It does seem like 80% of the traffic is gone. Maybe it’ll pick up when wrestling season starts.?
LFG! I’m really hoping we get Bachmann, a pipeline into FCA would do us wonders! Plus, we would have a really really good shot with the younger brother.
