Y'all are getting some nice recruits. Should definitely keep you in the top 5 for a few years. Happy for your program.
You and a very few others are the reason I monitor this board keep it coming bruthaThanks for the words @MSU158…. That’s the way I’ve always approached these boards. With optimism!
Tidbit just for fun…. Hutcherson and his dad would LOVE to be Hawkeyes and have a even taken steps to inquire about future plans(post TnT) to make sure Iowa City is still where they’d like to be.
I feel very, very good about Sidun and Amato(high integrity kids and families) also along with a few surprises in between.
It’s a wild world out there right now…. Coaches have silent commits and their families out running intel and recon missions for them…. Including us. Other programs are going to continue to skirt the rules(now more than ever), but I like where our staff has established themselves in this game with high character recruits and families upcoming.

Anybody know who this is?

He was with the wrestlers pregame and looks to be wearing a visitor credential, but I don't recognize him.
So who’s going to start making the hypothetical line ups to just find out we’ll get 1 blue chip from each class?
Try finding out information from penn st or Oklahoma st . It's a full time jobDoes it feel like the wrestling program could use some media/hype support? World bronze medalist on campus, find out on Sunday. They need to be feeding the information to Tanner ahead of time, generate some buzz. I get it is out of their comfort zone it you got to break some eggs to get a good omelet.
Kenny might not be 165 when he's 50 with a beer belly. Do you mean Joey Bachmann?I love this, Recruiting Kenny and his teammate! Would help us with our chances with Kenny and this gives us 2 great wrestlers in weights that we need!
Also, the Kenny’s are close with Bachmanns, so this will help us swing Bachmanns (hopefully).
Kenny does look bigger through pictures and I could see him at 165. He would fit perfectly in the lineup! Just nervous with MIZZOU and tOSU… those teams are the others that I can see him going to. Let’s see how he enjoyed the visit and the relationships our coaches and current wrestlers built with the recruits.
Duffy is currently #7 Flo and #12 matscouts at 144 he's not being recruited because he's Kenny teammateI love this, Recruiting Kenny and his teammate! Would help us with our chances with Kenny and this gives us 2 great wrestlers in weights that we need!

yea I'm pretty sure he mixed the two up.Kenny might not be 165 when he's 50 with a beer belly. Do you mean Joey Bachmann?
My bad, I meant Bachmann lol.Kenny might not be 165 when he's 50 with a beer belly. Do you mean Joey Bachmann?
While I certainly wouldn't say no to any information/access Iowa is willing to provide, don't worry about me haha.Does it feel like the wrestling program could use some media/hype support? Seems like he's been a bit of a late bloomer, too.Duffy is currently #7 Flo and #12 matscouts at 144 he's not being recruited because he's Kenny teammate
Strange he is #7 at his wt on flo, and they have Borge at #19 at the same wt? If he’s that much better than Borge he’s a must get. HeDuffy is currently #7 Flo and #12 matscouts at 144 he's not being recruited because he's Kenny teammate
Had a couple nice wins at Fargo, teched Cornell recruit Verrette in 34 seconds and he beat #13 Barrows, but ended losing 3 straight to Clinton Shepherd, Michael Romero and Haakon Peterson by Tf, Tf, and Pin. I imagine Borge's ranking will go up after his Super 32 resultsStrange he is #7 at his wt on flo, and they have Borge at #19 at the same wt? If he’s that much better than Borge he’s a must get. He
looks like an eagle. Experts? And here's a couple more photos provided by the Bachmann's themselves:

Borge is a significantly better prospect than Duffy. I think Flo updates their Big Board more often than their weight rankings. You'll see a lot of quirky things with kids being high on the BB and not that high on their weight class ranking. And I understand that the weight class rankings include multiple year classes.Strange he is #7 at his wt on flo, and they have Borge at #19 at the same wt? I didn’t see either in the top 100 of big board 2026. The big kid sounds like a Greco specialist like Otto Black. Could provide solid depth at 197. You never know, somehow Buchanan wasn’t in the top 100 in high school.Borge is a significantly better prospect than Duffy. I think Flo updates their Big Board more often than their weight rankings. Duffy's not. Borge is in the 2027 class, he's 11th on the 2027 Big Board.I didn’t see either in the top 100 of big board 2026. The big kid sounds like a Greco specialist like Otto Black. Could provide solid depth at 197. You never know, somehow Buchanan wasn’t in the top 100 in high school.
It's actually the other way around.Borge is a significantly better prospect than Duffy. I think Flo updates their Big Board more often than their weight rankings. Calkins actually has a much more extensive folkstyle/freestyle background than Black did - whom I believe may've taken an entire year or two off from competing for his high school in Colorado to train Greco.I didn’t see either in the top 100 of big board 2026. I know what im ready for…you to quit postingSo who’s ready for the “a lot can change in 24 hours” post?
Honestly I don’t think he is, I’m just messing with him lol.? I don't think AZ is any kind of insider. Generally hasn't been anyway. Maybe I'm off on that?
