Yes to all. In 1 they are playing with rules at the college and pro level to not let an advantage be gained with that nonsense. In 2 and 3 those players are out of bounds so touching the ball before it touches anything in bounds makes the status of the ball out of bounds=foul for free kick out of bounds.

Is there a clock run off rule at the end of the half or game? Example: offensive team has the ball, no time outs and commits a penalty. BD1, I think you may remember 2016
