In IL high school football, is there any requirement for offensive lineman to stay at or behind the line of scrimmage on a punt?

I notice E'ville snaps and lineman all immediately release without considering making a block. Wasn't sure if there is still illegal man downfield on punts any more

No requirements at the high school or college level for linemen on punts. That is one of the advantages behind the rugby style punts, gives your guys a chance to get down and cover
