Reflector 1994 (from BDJ)...

I remember the '94 game well. I don't remember any controversal calls. However, in 92, there was a call in which Barker was sacked, fumbled and the refs ruled it an incompletion. Terrible call.
'94 game was awesome. First of all, the student section was so packed. People were literally standing in the aisles and portals to watch the game. We stood the entire game and had the females sit in our laps at halftime because on being so packed in. Some Oktibbeha County SO deputy took my cowbell that night. Bastard...... I picked it up after the game at the campus police station only to run into some Bama fan making smart *** comments about not ringing my bell anymore. WHich led to a MHP threatening to take us to jail if we did not move on. Good times.....
On the game, Moulds put on a show that night. He caught a TD pass over the head of two DBs. He out ran, what seemed like, the entire Bama defense for a TD (both in the north endzone). Dewayne Curry should have had an interception late in the 1st half that would have saved some points. We fought them tooth and nail and nearly had the game won. However, like a number of those during that time frame, they found a way to get by us in the end.

I remember one of those games at Scott Field was the worst officiated game I've ever seen with regard to holding - and that's saying a lot. All game long Bama was holding. Many times, they'd wrap up and tackle our DL. I remember Jackie running on the field screaming and giving refs the holding sign. He was more furious than I'd ever seen him.
I've tried to block the memory of that night out of my mind, without success. The refs robbed us of one of our greatest victories,
